Orders may be shipped via Mirkado’s delivery partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Mirkado is not responsible for delays caused by vendors, delivery partners, or circumstances beyond our control.
All orders are subject to the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed according to the timelines specified in the Refund Policy.
Vendors must:
Provide accurate product descriptions and images
Fulfill orders promptly and securely
Respond to buyer inquiries and disputes
Comply with all applicable laws and marketplace policies
Failure to meet these standards may result in penalties, including suspension or removal from the platform.
All content on Mirkado Market, including logos, designs, text, and images, is owned by Mirkado or used with permission.
Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without written consent.
Vendors retain ownership of their product listings but grant Mirkado a license to display and promote them on the platform.
Mirkado Market acts as a neutral facilitator. We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes between buyers and vendors.
The platform is provided “as is,” and Mirkado does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Payments are processed through authorized providers. Mirkado does not store full financial account details unless required for security or compliance.
Buyers must pay the stated price at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Refunds, if eligible, will be processed via the original payment method.
Mirkado may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or threaten platform integrity.
Users may terminate their account at any time by following the platform’s account deletion process.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
Disputes will first be addressed through Mirkado support mediation.
Users agree to seek resolution in good faith before pursuing legal action.
Mirkado may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
