Mirkado Market currently partners with trusted private delivery companies to handle the transportation of orders from vendors to buyers. Our goal is to ensure timely delivery and maintain trust across the marketplace.
In the future, Mirkado plans to establish its own logistics and delivery infrastructure to provide faster, more flexible, and continent-wide service.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, the vendor confirms availability and prepares the item for shipment.
Handover to Delivery Partner
The vendor packages the order securely and transfers it to our delivery partner.
Tracking
Buyers receive a tracking number where applicable, allowing them to monitor the delivery progress.
Delivery to Buyer
The delivery partner completes the shipment to the buyer’s address. Delivery times depend on the buyer’s location and the type of product.
Standard delivery times are determined by the delivery partner and vary based on location, product type, and availability.
Mirkado strives to provide estimated delivery dates at checkout, but these are approximate.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, traffic, or logistical disruptions.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery partner’s rates and the buyer’s location.
Certain promotions or vendor-specific arrangements may include discounted or free shipping.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Facilitates the connection between buyers, vendors, and delivery partners
Monitors delivery performance and resolves issues related to shipping delays or errors
Provides support for lost or damaged shipments in collaboration with the delivery partner
Vendors
Package products securely to prevent damage during transit
Hand over orders promptly to the delivery partner
Provide accurate pickup and contact information
Buyers
Provide accurate shipping information, including address and contact number
Receive shipments during the delivery timeframe
Report missing or damaged items promptly
Buyers must report damaged or lost items to Mirkado within 48 hours of expected delivery.
Mirkado will work with the vendor and delivery partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Eligible refunds or replacements are subject to the Mirkado Refund Policy.
As Mirkado grows, we will develop our own logistics infrastructure to provide:
